KPMG Energise 2.0 Accelerator Program 2016

KPMG Energise

What a great way to see out the year of 2016. We are incredibly fortunate to be included in the KPMG Energise 2.0 Accelerator program.

The KPMG Energise 2.0 Program

KPMG Energise 2.0 is a three-month intensive program for start-ups and is one of the largest energy and natural resources (ENR) start-up accelerators in the Asia-Pacific region. Energise 2.0 aims to bring breakthrough innovations to the ENR sector by connecting the most innovative start-ups with major resource companies including Woodside, Wesfarmers Chemical, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF), South32, Chevron and others expected to be announced shortly. This is the second year that the programme has run and there have been some significant growth stories from previous attendees.

The program is designed to drive innovation and collaboration between start-up businesses and top tier corporates to deliver value across the organisation, including safety performance which is the focus of this years program.

“The energy and natural resources sector plays a key role in not just driving Australia’s economy, but also as a driver of innovation,” says Gary Smith, KPMG’s Western Australia chairman. (Business Insider)

Starting at the end of November 2016, the 12-week program will connect us with advisors, mentors, partners and potential customers to take the business national and potentially international. We will also work alongside other start-up and scale-up businesses who are also on the programme with us.

Sentient Computing, another Perth software company, were winners of the programme in 2015 and are now on route to USA and Canada to engage in an international market – showcasing the amazing talent that Perth offers.

This is an exciting time for Tap into Safety and we look forward to learning and hearing from some of the best in the business.

Thanks again KPMG for involving us and we look forwarding to engaging in the programme.
